- Products must be in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items of equal value, subject to stock availability.
- To request an exchange, please follow the same steps outlined in the return process.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Damaged items due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
